The Creative Empowerment Workshop provides relaxation, time for self-reflection, goal-setting opportunities, and license to create in an open-ended way.  Opportunities to share with, and/or listen to the interests and expertise of others in the group was wonderful too.  I very much appreciated the “balance” of leadership styles of the two facilitators.

I attended the Creative Empowerment Workshop thinking that it wouldn’t hurt to set a few goals for the future, and looked forward to a relaxing day.  The art part I tried to ignore and said to myself that I would deal with that when and if I had to, as I had not used any creativity since I was 21.  What actually happened was that I totally enjoyed every part of this workshop from the food to the goal-setting guidance and really surprised myself by creating a wonderful piece of art that reflected exactly what I wanted to express.  I would recommend this workshop to anyone!
